APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL UPDATES . . .
Thank you for choosing BangZ Salon & Wellness Spa as your salon of choice in Montclair, NJ. We look forward to getting to know you as you become a part of our family. While here on our website, you may read more of our policies in our “about” section….but here are a few more things you should be aware of to make your experience with us that much more enjoyable.
Masking is mandatory to our staff. Its is optional, however suggested to clients for the protection of our staff and clients. We understand that this is a sensitive area and our decision to lift mandates may be difficult for some. As always, your safety and ability to feel comfortable during your time with us will always be our #1 priority. Should you have any questions or personal health concerns, please feel free to speak to a Manager or email us at email@example.com to see how we can accommodate your personal needs.
Also, as we continue to be diligent during the current COVID pandemic, as a personal care service industry, we need to request that only those receiving services arrive to the salon. Please no additional guests. Any children with scheduled appointments should be accompanied by one adult. This is for the protection of our staff and clients.
The closest parking decks to BangZ is the Crescent Lot with access off of South Fullerton Ave, directly across the street from the salon. There is also the new South Willow garage with access off of South Fullerton Ave to the right of the salon. BangZ also has a lot with minimal parking available to the left of our building; however, avoid spots along the back fence. These are reserved parking for our owners and managers.
Gratuities cannot be added to a credit or debit card, and/or checks. For your convenience, we do have an ATM on site and most of our service providers also have Venmo or Zelle.
We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and all major credit cards except American Express
Your appointment is very important to us. Time allotted is reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations or we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service(s) scheduled. Failure to “no show” for any appointment will result in 100% of the service(s) charged. NOTE: for those needing to cancel a Tuesday appointment, you may email into the salon at firstname.lastname@example.org or log into our online booking, up to 24 hours prior to your appointment, to avoid fees.
TEXT MESSAGING ALERTS
After you have made your appointment with us or have updated your mobile number, you will receive a text message to “opt-in” for alerts. Please make sure you accept this request as these alerts will be in regard to your appointment only. Appointment confirmations are sent out 2 days prior to your appointment that you need to reply to, with a reminder text the morning of.
BangZ now offers online booking on selected services. This can be accessed right here on our website by selecting the “BOOK AN APPOINTMENT” tab on our main page.
